I've built ops functions from scratch, launched new businesses and products, and been the person responsible for making the business work at every stage from Series A to Series E. About Me

Hi, I'm Alexis

I work with founding teams who need a senior operator to help drive results — scale their companies, plug gaps, and drive execution — without a full-time hire. I work on a fractional or project basis, drawing on 12+ years in tech leadership across Ops and Product roles at Series A–E companies, with a foundation in strategy consulting at Bain & Company.

I use my experience as a product leader to help companies identify their core pain points and operating gaps, and my background in operations to develop and implement efficient solutions. My approach is tailored to your specific problems — whether that's a holistic operations roadmap or deep in the weeds debugging a specific workflow. I bring both the discipline of later-stage best practices and the scrappiness of building new businesses and products from scratch. And I'm AI-first in everything I do.
